Role Summary:

The successful candidate for this role brings motivation, creativity, proven leadership, and technical subject matter expertise. You will collaborate closely with a team of domain-specific architects to establish and maintain standards, practices, and architecture artifacts focusing on secure technology for Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), Web, and Mobile.

As a senior enterprise architect, your experience in the following areas will be crucial:

• Security, risk, and control frameworks/standards such as NIST, Center for Internet Security Critical Security Controls, and ITIL.
• Security technology acumen and experience, including digital application and digital platform security, firewall, intrusion detection, cyber-attack tools and defenses, encryption, certificate authority, web filtering, anti-malware, anti-phishing, Identity and Access Management (IAM/CIAM), multi-factor authentication.

Responsibilities:

You will play a pivotal role in driving change and accelerating our digital journey while ensuring the stability, resiliency, and security of our Digital Experience Platforms. Key responsibilities include:

• Defining a comprehensive Digital Platform strategy and roadmap, with a focus on secure digital experience platform technologies and global architectural alignment.
• Identifying and leveraging common patterns across regions to promote consistent adoption of secure digital experience platform technologies, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborating with regional domain-specific solution architects to establish a unified vision for the global Digital Platform ecosystem.
• Fostering a culture of innovation, implementing digital advancements that enhance customer engagement and business operations.
• Working with InfoSec & AppSec teams to ensure the resilience of digital web platforms against security threats and promoting consistent security practices across regions.
• Championing knowledge sharing on technical and architectural solutions globally, building a culture of consistency and collaboration.
• Continuously analyzing Secure Web technologies, integrating new solutions, and aligning them with regional needs and capacities.
• Providing analysis of the current technology environment, identifying critical deficiencies, and recommending improvement solutions.

Experience Required:

This role requires deep technology knowledge and experience across digital platforms, including Web, IAM/CIAM, Digital Experience Platform (DXP), and Mobile. Ideally, you should have a career background in technology, engineering, and application development of digital solutions across multiple channels, preferably within the financial services industry. Additionally, comprehensive knowledge in the following areas is necessary:

• Specialized Architecture Road mapping skills, frameworks, patterns, and models.
• Technology industry trends, vendors, solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Technology solutions within insurance, banking, asset management.
• Pragmatic and quick learner with the ability to align with business strategies.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strategic Visioning: The ideal candidate possesses the ability to see the bigger picture and set a clear, strategic direction for enterprise web architecture, mobile, and digital experience platforms. Developing a comprehensive global roadmap, including identifying common patterns, is highly desired.
• Collaboration: You excel at building strong relationships and working collaboratively with diverse teams across multiple regions. Your skills in building consensus, promoting knowledge sharing, and facilitating the adoption of shared standards and practices are highly valued
