Own solution design from idea to delivery.
Product & Innovation
Partner with the CEO and claims experts to transform business needs into powerful software.
Drive the implementation of AI and automation tools to streamline insurance operations.
Help build internal tools like Draft Assist, Review Assist, and reporting dashboards.
Execution & Delivery
Balance speed with quality, prioritizing iterative releases.
Own project timelines, sprint planning, and technical debt management.
Ensure documentation, testing, and security best practices are followed.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
Proven experience building and scaling software development teams.
Familiarity with AI/ML integration (OpenAI, NLP, automation bots).
Strong backend experience (preferably Python) and comfort with frontend tech (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks).
Experience with cloud services (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable).
Track record of delivering production-ready software in a startup or small business environment.
Bonus Points
Exposure to insurance, legal, or compliance-heavy industries.
Experience with Azure DevOps, SQL Server, or Django.
Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on coding.
