Position: Director of DevOps
Location: Mississauga, ON (hybrid, 1-2 days a week)

They have a collaborative team and an amazing work culture with great growth potential!Key Responsibilities:- Crafting and executing a holistic DevOps strategy that aligns with the organization\'s objectives and tech requirements, particularly focusing on the migration to Azure cloud for enhanced performance and cost efficiency.
- Spearheading the development and management of CI/CD pipelines to facilitate swift and dependable software deployments, while promoting collaboration across development, security, and IT operations teams to streamline and automate processes.
- Championing continuous improvement through monitoring and optimization, uphold cloud security, mentor the DevOps team, and keep pace with the latest in DevOps, cloud, and CI/CD innovations to propel the organization forward.
- Managing vendor relations, negotiating contracts, and reporting on key metrics to the executive team.About you:
- Cloud DevOps guru, especially in GCP and AWS.
- Experience with system and network infrastructure security.
- Cloud Infrastructure background, system agnostic.
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work across departments to drive organizational change.
