We're seeking a Project Manager to join one of Canada's most dynamic environmental contractors, a recognized industry leader known for innovation, safety, and technical excellence. This is your opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals who take pride in redefining how environmental contracting is delivered across the country.
As Project Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of hazardous materials abatement and demolition projects throughout Eastern Ontario. You'll be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from estimating and planning through execution, completion, and client handover; ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
You'll thrive in a role that blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership, balancing office coordination and field presence while working alongside highly skilled site and technical teams.
Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the delivery of multiple environmental and demolition projects on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Manage project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and change management
  • Oversee project safety programs and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Build strong client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution, safety culture, and team development
  • Travel to project sites in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario as required
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
  • 5+ years' experience in construction or environmental contracting, ideally in project management
  • Experience with hazardous materials abatement and/or demolition projects considered an asset
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management tools
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain Secret Level Security Clearance
