Castleview Care Centre is currently seeking

Part-time/ full-Time Director of Care

to join our team. We are a smaller home, offering a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for our residents instead of the large intuitional type of senior facility. All our seniors get their own private rooms; we have fantastic outdoor space and great staff.

We have an exciting opportunity for a LEADER in our recently built care center in Grande Prairie. This role is permanent, full time, and reports to the site executive. A crucial component of the role will require you to work closely with clinicians to implement evidence-based best practices for our 120-room modern care facility.
Key responsibilities include: clinical oversight of unionized LPN's, RN's, and Certified Care Aides to ensure the delivery of quality, clinical, and resident-focused outcomes.

Qualifications:



A graduate from an approved nursing education program, ideally a Bachelor of Nursing with a postgraduate education in management/administration Must be eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing board Must process excellent interpersonal skills in communication with staff, families and residents Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Provides leadership, direction and support to staff and families, promoting a concerted team effort while encouraging residents' interest in social and health maintenance Demonstrates ability in a creative problem-solving approach to issues that may occur that may affect resident care Demonstrates an appropriate level of flexibility in response to changing situations Demonstrates a high level of initiative and accountability

The salary range provided is based on a full-time schedule. Compensation for part-time roles will be prorated

Pay: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
