Foresight Atlantic Inc. We specialize in project loan monitoring and payment certification services for
clients and stakeholders in the Real Estate / Development Industry in Atlantic Canada. In addition, we
offer concept cost plans and general consulting to existing clients as required. We are young, agile and

We are hiring an Director \xe2\x80\x93 Loan Monitoring at our office in Lower, Sackville, Nova Scotia.

Accountabilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Managing the portfolio of loan monitoring and payment verification projects; inclusive of
scheduling submission dates, site visits, workflows.
\xef\x82\xb7 Mentoring team members in the processes required to complete budget verifications, initial
project reviews and advancing / certification reporting to the standards of our clients and
stakeholders. Inclusive of preparing budgets, reviewing project scope, reviewing project
schedules, quantifying and pricing works, and any conditions set out by the lender / funders
involved in the project.
\xef\x82\xb7 Performing site inspections and attending client meetings throughout Atlantic Canada
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparing cash flow projections
\xef\x82\xb7 Identifying any risk factors throughout the project
\xef\x82\xb7 Liaising and main point of contact for loan monitoring clients and stakeholders
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide support in sales and identify gaps in resources to complete project workloads
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide support in hiring and recruiting staff and team members
\xef\x82\xb7 Professional development \xe2\x80\x93 ongoing learning and upgrading \xe2\x80\x93 keeping up to date with current
industry trends, challenges and solutions.

Requirements:
\xef\x82\xb7 Ideal candidates will have a Professional Quantity Surveying or similar background and / or can
demonstrate a high level of knowledge in estimating, concept cost planning and contract
administration.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in loan monitoring, construction finance or payment certification is preferred.
\xef\x82\xb7 PQS / MRICS designation or be willing to pursue these designations.
\xef\x82\xb7 Eager to continue your education and career path, and be responsible for setting / achieving
your goals.
\xef\x82\xb7 Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and reliable transportation
\xef\x82\xb7 Organizational and time management skills; ability to plan, prioritize and support multiple
projects with high attention to detail.
