Our team members have what they need to make a meaningful impact and are truly valued for who they are and what they contribute.To learn more about CIBC, please visitWhat You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be DoingReporting to the Sr. Director, Imperial Service Strategy and Product Management, you\'ll be accountable for the day-to-day and strategic opportunities to enhance value of the Imperial Investor Service (IIS) Product Shelf and platform by working closely with cross-functional teams and leading the Retail Product Working Team committee to evaluate and recommend investment products for distribution. You\'ll Conduct market research, business casing, forecasting and competitive analysis. You\'ll also collaborate with partners across the organization to execute on strategy and take products to markets.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.How You\xe2\x80\x99ll SucceedLead strategy development and execution for IIS - Support development and continuous refinement of the IIS offer. Ensure alignment with PBB and bank-wide strategies and priorities. Partner with CIBC product manufacturer (CAM) and functional groups (ISI, channels, Private Wealth Management, Digital, compliance/controls, etc.) to develop strategies and tactics to drive enterprise priorities. Be the key business lead on IIS related projects (regulatory/ non-regulatory).Develop business strategies and tactics for IIS to enable business and increase client engagement - Brand and marketing (incl. digital content & collateral. Client & employee communications (letters, news, etc.). Client and user experience.Develop recommendations and associated tactics to deliver an integrated strategy - Partner with ISI, Channel, CAM to develop strategies and tactics that will enable client focus in all stages of the product cycle: Product Manufacturing, Pricing, Promotion, Placement. Support the develop strategic executive presentations, ensuring alignment with PBB key priorities and messages.Provide leadership and effective management of business - Influence employee commitment to the organization, to the team, and to their job by setting appropriate context when assigning work to ensure that individuals\xe2\x80\x99 roles support the achievement of the business unit\xe2\x80\x99s priorities and CIBC\xe2\x80\x99s overall goals. Building team and individual capabilities by providing development opportunities such as job shadowing, special projects, and training. Managing performance by providing fair and accurate formal and information feedback, identifying and removing obstacles to performance and by explaining how performance expectations align with business priorities. Hiring the right people in the right jobs to align individual capabilities with job requirements and business unit goals.Relationship building - Frequent interaction with PBB Executives to understand business requirements and ensure initiatives are aligned with business objectives.You AreYou have a degree in Business or Marketing or Finance. It\'s an asset if you are an MBA or CFA.You can demonstrate practical experience and sound understanding of Investment products/ portfolios. You also have sound business planning (including full business case development), financial planning and implementation skills.You give meaning to data.
