Ensure alignment with PBB and bank-wide strategies and priorities. Partner with CIBC product manufacturer (CAM) and functional groups (ISI, channels, Private Wealth Management, Digital, compliance/controls, etc.) to develop strategies and tactics to drive enterprise priorities. Be the key business lead on IIS related projects (regulatory/ non-regulatory).Develop business strategies and tactics for IIS to enable business and increase client engagement - Brand and marketing (incl. digital content & collateral. Client & employee communications (letters, news, etc.). Client and user experience.Develop recommendations and associated tactics to deliver an integrated strategy - Partner with ISI, Channel, CAM to develop strategies and tactics that will enable client focus in all stages of the product cycle: Product Manufacturing, Pricing, Promotion, Placement.
