-- a structured pathway into campus leadership at our
Parkdale location
, scheduled to open in the
summer of 2026
.
At Blum, all leadership roles begin in the classroom. This is not optional. Our pedagogy, systems, and culture are proprietary and lived -- not learned from a handbook. Every leader at Blum earns their role by first working directly with students, modeling our standards in real time, and building deep fluency in our approach before leading others.
The Leadership Pathway
This role is intentionally designed in two phases:
Phase 1 -- January to Early Summer
You will join Blum as a
Primary Educator
, while completing structured leadership training and shadowing campus leadership.
Phase 2 -- Summer
As the new Parkdale Campus opens, you will transition into a
Program Manager role
, launching and leading the new campus with full responsibility for programming, team leadership, and daily operations. This timeline is intentional and fixed because it allows for real mastery, not rushed promotion.
