Director, Hybrid Cloud The Director, Hybrid Cloud Practice is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the success of the practice within the Data Centre and Cloud domains. This individual will provide strategic direction, operational guidance, and leadership to a team of consultants and engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. The Practice Director will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the other Practices, Sales and Marketing, Project Management Office, Managed Services, and executive leadership, to drive growth, develop new service offerings, and enhance customer satisfaction. How you\'ll make a huge impact here - and in your career: Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive Practice strategy aligned with the organization\'s goals and market trends, including targetted planning and growth of Compugen\'s Azure services business.Define the Practice\'s service offerings, methodologies, and best practices.Work with Sales, Customers, and key technology Vendors to define opportunities for growth and innovation.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.Partner closely with Managed Services (MS), actively supporting needs of MS operations and driving toward MS contracts, including managed Azure services.
Team Leadership and Management:Lead and inspire a team of consultants and engineers, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring the team consistently delivers exceptional service quality and exceeds Customer expectations.Define and manage resource allocation to ensure efficient project staffing and utilization.Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide regular feedback to team members.
Project Delivery and Customer Success:Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Professional Services engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their business needs and aligning services to address their challenges effectively.Working with the Project Management Office (PMO), monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.Foster long-term Customer relationships, driving Customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with Sales teams to identify new business opportunities with customers and support the pre-sales process by providing technical expertise and solution design input on a timely basis, including taking a lead role to drive Azure services specifically.Work closely with key Vendor partners to provide insights and feedback on market trends and Customer requirements.Collaborate and align with the other Practices, Sales and Marketing, Project Management Office, Managed Services, and executive leadership.Engage with executive leadership to provide regular updates on Practice performance, challenges, and opportunities.
