Position Summary:
This role reports to the Regional Director, Human Resources. This position is a strategic partner with site operations; providing coaching, and support on matters related to Human Resources Policies & Procedures, and best practices in a highly unionized environment. This includes but not limited to Recruitment, Talent and Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Legal and Compliance, Health, Safety & Wellness, Employee Relations Engagement Rewards and Recognition, Inclusion and Diversity, Learning & Development and Change Management. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's exceptional guest and team member experience where team members can bring their whole to work.
