Your Impact:



We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to advance our global employee experience function, with a specific focus on how employees experience HR programs and services. This role will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for HR employee communications, digital experience, and operational enablement. The Director will be accountable for designing and delivering a measurable employee experience strategy that increases engagement, accelerates adoption of self-service and Al-first tools, and supports HR transformation globally.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to translate complex and technical HR programs-such as benefits and compensation-into accessible, employee-friendly communications and experiences. This includes optimizing how HR processes are experienced internally and externally, including interactions with vendors and service providers.

In addition, this role will serve as the HR experience lead for any future mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures-ensuring employees are informed, supported, and engaged through clear communications, tailored enablement materials, and thoughtfully designed transition experiences. This includes leading change management efforts to support onboarding and offboarding of HR programs.

This role will collaborate closely with Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications to ensure consistency in messaging, channel strategy, and brand voice across all employee-facing platforms.



What the role offers:



Develop and operationalize a global employee experience roadmap aligned with HR and enterprise priorities. Drive cross-functionalalignment and stakeholder engagement across HR Shared Services, HRBPs, and Centres of Excellence. Act as a strategic advisor to HR leadership, embedding employee-centric principles into program design and delivery. Lead the planning, creation, and delivery of HR communications across channels (e.g., intra net, newsletters, email campaigns, video). Translate complex HR programs into clear, engaging, and accessible communications that resonate with diverse employee audiences. Partner with Corporate and Marketing Communications to ensure tone, cadence, and channel mix are aligned with enterprise standards. Design and execute employee communication strategies for M and divestiture events, including town halls, FAQs, and transition guides. Oversee the employee experience across HR digital tools, including portals, knowledge bases, and Al-powered agents. Lead change management and enablement efforts for new HR technologies and functionality, ensuring high adoption and usability. Partner with IT and HR Technology teams to optimize system integration, user experience, and platform performance Identify and implement process improvements that enhance HR service delivery, leverage Al and automation, and improve employee satisfaction. Use data, analytics, and employee feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives Lead enablement and change efforts for HR transformation programs, ensuring readiness and alignment across impacted teams. Ensure seamless and employee-friendly experiences across internal HR processes and vendor interactions. Serve as the HR experience lead for employee-facing aspects of M divestiture activities. Develop and deliver communication plans, onboarding/offboarding materials, and engagement strategies tailored to impacted employee groups. Lead change management efforts to support transitions and ensure clarity, empathy, and consistency throughout. Build and lead a high-performing team of specialists in communications, digital experience, and operational analytics Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation. Provide coaching, development, and performance management to direct reports, ensuring clear goals and accountability.

What you need to succeed:



8+ years of progressive experience in HR, employee experience, communications, or related fields. Proven track record of leading cross-functionalteams and delivering enterprise- wide initiatives. Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Expertise in digital enablement, operational excellence, and change management. Exceptional communication skills with a strategic mindset and executive presence. Experience in global HR operations and working across geographies. Demonstrated experience supporting HR communications and employee experience during M and divestiture events. Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Behaviour, Communications, or related discipline.
