Director,

Fixed Operations

to turbocharge the engine that keeps our dealership running strong.

What You'll Do

Lead and motivate Service & Parts teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences Expertly coach and mentor Service & Parts leaders to drive employee engagement and customer satisfaction Set and achieve department goals tied to performance and growth Prepare and maintain budgets and forecasting alongside Department leaders Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Present objectives and progress to Executive and fellow Capital Automotive Group teams Identify opportunities and lead implementation to improve fixed operations departments Build and maintain positive relationships with manufacturer, vendors, and other external partnerships that support dealership operations

What You Bring

5+ years' leadership experience in automotive service and/or parts (ag, heavy-duty, or truck/trailer considered) Proven ability to manage budgets, people, and performance metrics Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Customer-first mindset and passion for the automotive industry Experience with Tekion or other DMS software is an asset Valid Class 5 driver's license and acceptable driving record
