Job Description

The Director, Enterprise Group provides strategic leadership for our Enterprise Group Solutions division, reporting to the Vice President, National Enterprise Group Solutions. In this role, you will oversee a high-performing team dedicated to delivering innovative, high-impact benefits solutions for enterprise clients. Combining strategic insight, industry expertise, and people leadership, you will serve as a trusted advisor and relationship builder, driving collaboration, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership for the Enterprise Group Solutions division, aligning initiatives with overall firm objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering engagement, growth, and a collaborative work environment. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering innovative, high-impact benefits solutions that meet client needs. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic consulting, plan design guidance, risk management, and multi-product growth opportunities. Oversee division performance, budgets, and KPIs, making data-driven recommendations to enhance effectiveness and profitability. Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement solutions, optimize service delivery, and ensure client satisfaction and retention. Actively participate in industry conferences, seminars, and professional development to maintain expertise and promote the firm's services. Represent People Corporation externally, building strong supplier and client partnerships and acting as a brand ambassador. Identify creative growth opportunities within client portfolios and support new business development with the VP of National Enterprise. Maintain expert knowledge of all People Corporation products, services, and employee benefit legislation.

Education & Licensing:


---------------------------

Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resources, or a related discipline. LLQP license required (Life License Qualification Program). CEBS, CHRL, or other industry designations are considered strong assets.

Experience:


---------------

Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in Group Benefits, Total Rewards, or related consulting environment, with demonstrated success supporting large and enterprise-level clients. Proven leadership experience, including managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. Experience providing strategic consulting advice and managing complex client relationships, including renewals, plan design, financial performance, and benefit strategy execution. Track record of driving client satisfaction and retention, leveraging creative and data-driven solutions to address client needs. Proven ability to negotiate renewals and vendor agreements while maintaining positive partnerships. Demonstrated success in identifying growth opportunities within existing client portfolios and executing multi-product or cross-service initiatives.

Additional Assets:



Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset. Strong network within the Canadian group benefits or insurance industry. Experience representing an organization at industry events, panels, or client forums.
