Who you are:

As the Director-Enterprise Digital Solutions, you will play a meaningful role in Colliers\' digital transformation journey. You will help drive the development of Colliers\xe2\x80\x99 enterprise architecture framework and governance. In addition, you will act as a thought-leader for the portfolio of technologies and solutions used throughout the enterprise.

Aside from the core technical skills, the key capability in this role is the ability to connect with all areas of the organization. Listen, educate, and inform. You will work closely with the Technology & Data | Canada team to develop a roadmap for the enterprise, while also working with global IT with a focus on friction-free solutions.

What you bring

Working collaboratively to develop the enterprise architecture framework and enterprise architecture plan.

Own the enterprise architecture and solution design governance.

Identify and propose opportunities where technology can be used to improve efficiency.

Ensuring the Strategy plan is aligned with the business vision or plan and supporting roadmap

Work closely with Product engineering including Technical Architect, Enterprise Data Team including data architect to define effective and simplified user experience in our current platforms and future products and applications.

Researching new developments in computer technology and business practices to stay familiar with trends both in the Technology and Commercial Real Estate industry

Lead the architecture and solution design of integrations for Digital, ERP, Business Intelligence, and Reporting platforms.

Contribute to the creation of a best-in-class technology and process roadmap, and strategies for enterprise adoption.

Engage and manage stakeholders to capture feedback, offer guidance, and provide technology thought leadership.

To support enterprise technology innovation, provide architecture assessments of new and emerging technologies.

Leading Business Analysis /Solution design and overseeing Business Success function.

Oversee defining functional design/product features/fixes in working with business and product engineering teams. Guiding the product teams to align with big picture and create consistent and simplified user experience in existing and new digital products

Additional responsibilities and duties may be required to successfully perform this role

Enterprise Mandatory Skills

Degree in Computer science or related design/ technology field

12+ years of digital solution delivery experience and strong proficiency (5+ years) defining, architecting, designing, and developing scalable products and services

Experience leading business analysis and product leads as well as application support function.

Experience with leading a team, coaching, guiding and setting framework and examples to be followed and providing feedback as required.

Experience in presenting solutions to all levels of organization with ability to influence, discern and identify optimum approach. Engage in build/testing of digital solution to ensure the vision is successfully implemented and provide input in change mgmt. planning for successful adoption of solutions

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on continuous innovation.

Fosters collaboration by putting people first and building positive relationships.

Influential with effective communication skills (written and verbal), and ability to engage partners at all levels in articulating the opportunity and identifying solutions for business needs

Knowledge and experience in the Commercial Real Estate and Property Management industry is an asset.
