Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, Legal, Actuarial, Risk, and Communications, to align employer service excellence with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives. Oversee strategic initiatives that improve employer onboarding, communication, and data integrity, ensuring scalability as we expand into new sectors and jurisdictions. Serve as a key voice in cross-functional governance, identifying legislative, regulatory, or actuarial impacts and guiding appropriate responses. Provide leadership to a high performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Interact with senior executives, senior leaders, internal and external stakeholders leading discussions, resolving complex issues, and influencing strategic decisions that affect employers and plan members. Build readiness for national expansion by designing scalable service models, process frameworks, and success metrics that drive measurable impact. Encourage new ideas and embrace change management by empowering teams to balance innovation with operational excellence.

To Succeed, You Bring:

At least 10 years of experience in a multi-employer pension plan, public sector pension plan, or pension administration service provider. Advanced knowledge of DB pension plan fundamentals, regulatory frameworks, and administration best practices, with proven success leading in a complex service environment. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams through growth, transformation, and digital modernization initiatives. A track record of developing strategic and operational plans, implementing KPIs, and driving continuous improvement in processes and performance. Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence executives, navigate sensitive issues, and communicate technical information with clarity and confidence. Experience collaborating across functions to deliver solutions that balance compliance, service excellence, and innovation. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed strategic decisions. Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM systems, and data management tools that support scalable pension administration. The ability to remain adaptable and resourceful in a rapidly evolving environment, creating structure and focus while enabling innovation and growth.
