We are currently seeking a Director, Digital Enablement to join our team. We are open to considering applications across Canada.


Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, the Director of Digital Enablement plays a pivotal role in driving companywide initiatives across marketing, IT, systems integration, and AI adoption. This hands-on leader will blend strategic vision with technical acumen to ensure organizational alignment, optimize systems, and accelerate growth-focused projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to drive digital transformation across the organization Bridge marketing, IT, and operations to align systems and strategies Evaluate and implement new technologies, including AI, to enhance efficiency and scale Lead cross-departmental projects with clear KPIs and measurable impact Streamline processes, optimize the tech stack, and enable data-driven decision making

What You Bring

A strong background (8+ years) in digital strategy, IT, or marketing technology Proven success leading enterprise-wide transformation and cross-functional projects Experience with AI, automation, and data-driven decision making Comfort navigating martech, CRM, and enterprise systems Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills Strong communicator who can align teams and influence at all levels Agile, innovative, and energized by driving business growth through technology
