The Director, Corporate Services is accountable for leading ENMAX\xe2\x80\x99s facilities management, real estate, physical security, and mobile fleet services, including long term planning and strategy development and the development and implementation of annual operating budgets and multi-year capital plans.
Major Responsibilities:
Lead the development of ENMAX\xe2\x80\x99s facilities management strategy to support evolving operational and workforce requirements, which includes future workspace considerations and strategies for managing contracted service providers (cafeteria, facilities maintenance, landscaping, etc.)
Lead the development and delivery of ENMAX\xe2\x80\x99s physical security and emergency response programs
Lead the development, optimization, and delivery of ENMAX\xe2\x80\x99s mobile fleet strategy to satisfy business unit operational requirements and corporate strategic objectives
Lead the development of long-term real estate and leasing plans, including commercial negotiations for the acquisition, disposal or extension of facility leases and/or reinvestment plans in ENMAX-owned facilities
Lead, inspire, and develop direct reports to build a high performing and engaged team
Be a key contributor to the Corporate Operational Services senior leadership team
Education Required:
Relevant degree or diploma or combined education and work experience
Qualifications & Experience:
10+ years of experience leading customer service teams with a focus on creating positive customer experiences
Experience with the planning, development, and optimization of contracted service providers
Demonstrated and proven leader who excels at interpersonal relationship building, team facilitation, coaching and mentoring
Operational experience with facilities management, mobile fleet, or physical security desired
Excellent knowledge of all functions, which includes developing, implementing, and executing long-range plans to achieve ENMAX objectives
Competencies:
Proven team player with the ability to work effectively and lead cross-functional teams, to develop collaborative working relationships and influence groups
Results oriented individual with strong track record of delivery and exceeding expectations
Superior communication skills with the ability and comfort to chair and facilitate meetings, as well as formalize recommendations for sustainment and change.
Demonstrates a strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction while maintaining high ethics and professional integrity in all interactions
Strong ability to foster collaboration and influence without authority

Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50 Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will have the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays and will work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
