For all construction related matters. You will oversee and supervise the construction activities of all product types (including high-rise multi-family, low-rise wood-frame structures, office towers and other misc. product types), provide leadership and cost insights to the land and property acquisitions process, and provide effective management to the various contractors the Company engages. Your internal and external circles include Construction Managers, Design & Development functions, external General Contractors, and oversee all aspects of projects throughout the various phases of development and construction, across multiple projects simultaneously. In this role, you will use your management skills, leadership experience, collaboration, networking, and entrepreneurial skills to spearhead the growth and development of the department and the team including project managers, construction managers, development coordinators and customer care manager. You will also work alongside senior leadership to continue expanding their portfolio of work in this sector and support organization-wide initiatives.Process management role:
You will create and implement internal processes related to development and construction within the company. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments and teams, internally and externally, to shape and strengthen the processes related to the acquisition, planning and pre-con management, design and development, including coordinating and managing consultants for value engineering purpose, and screening through Change Requests and Change Orders for the goals of maintaining cost budgets and schedule targets. You will emphasize and rely on processes, and continuously improve processes to suit the changing requirements.Corporate Leadership role:
