In this role, you will:

Develop and execute strategic plans that support profitable growth across TTW Group. Be one of the faces of TTW as the civil engineering authority. Finalise budgets and drive financial performance in line with targets. Oversee project delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with technical and regulatory standards. Deliver excellent client experiences across projects, sectors and regions. Lead the execution of major projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and contractual compliance. Drive risk management and quality systems across all regions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support new business acquisition. Support cross-functional efforts to win work, onboard new clients and meet revenue goals. Lead, mentor, and develop senior civil engineering staff.

Additionally.


Tertiary qualification in civil engineering, with experience in commerce, business, management or similar or equivalent industry experience. 10+ years of proven leadership experience in civil engineering, Defence, Energy or infrastructure project delivery. RPEQ, PE (VIC), DBP (NSW) and other relevant professional registrations. Successful completion of Company Directors course, AICD or equivalent (desirable). Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen. Exceptional people leadership and client relationship skills. Deep understanding of risk, compliance, and quality assurance in the engineering space. A collaborative mindset and commitment to fostering a high-performance team culture.
