Follow your star!Norda Stelo means North Star, where possibiities are infinite in terms of innovation, development and commitment.Our vision is collective and our DNA is profoundly human!The team behind the expertiseWithin the Infrastructure market and reporting to the Director of Operations, your main mandate will be to establish and implement an action plan to ensure the development and full prominence of the Center of Excellence, which includes a team of about a dozen professionals based in Eastern Canada.
In this role, you must possess excellent knowledge of the market in relation to these areas of expertise and be driven by the desire to develop and capitalize on business opportunities while guiding your team in this direction. You will be a key player in the execution of projects in the field of asset sustainability and digital transformation.
You will lead a diverse team that serves a wide range of private and public sector clients. You will act as the guardian of the know-how, expertise, and performance associated with this Center of Excellence. • Based on Norda Stelos strategic orientations and the trends specific to its discipline, define the strategic plan for your Center of Excellence and be accountable for its execution.

• Support the sales effort related to the service offerings of your Center of Excellence.

• Be responsible for managing and developing the human resources of your team.

• Provide recognized leadership to a team of professionals involved in project delivery.

• Be accountable for your teams performance, with respect to the performance indicators established by the company.

• Identify the necessary resources for mandate execution and plan workforce needs.

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of methods and best practices within the Port and Coastal Center of Excellence.

Our must-haves

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the port and coastal domain, including 5 years of hands-on team management experience.

• Bilingualism (French, English).
