Youll develop strong relationships with our corporate clients by delivering superior cash management solutions that simplify and enhance working capital management. You will be responsible for developing new relationships, for the growth of the portfolio based on established guidelines, negotiating pricing agreements with clients, finding and implementing profitable cash management solutions for complex, treasury intensive clients.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. To successfully perform the work, youll be on-site full-time.How Youll SucceedRelationship Building - Make an impact in your community, and show clients theyre appreciated by engaging in marketing and outreach activities. Develop new client relationships through your business development activities leveraging referral sources, existing clients and centers of influence.Collaboration - Collaborate with your team to connect with clients on opportunities. Provide treasury best practices and cash management solutions to meet your clients needs.Clients Engagement - Proactively assess your clients needs and propose solutions to meet those needs. Good understanding of business and financial concepts to effectively articulate the cash management value proposition, as it relates to the impact on financial statements. Provide continued partnership and support to your clients through understanding their goals and objectives.Who You AreYou have a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field and either have or are committed to achieving your CTP designation within 24 months. A Masters degree or additional professional designation would be an asset.You can demonstrate experience in the financial industry with a focus in large corporate banking experience. You have 5+ years of experience in treasury relationship management within larger organizations.You're passionate about people. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results oriented environment centered around clients and with keen attention to detail.You're goal oriented.
