Primary Objective:
Use your existing prospects in corporate travel to introduce Elite Travel Management\'s services. For the first two years, this role is 90% new business development. The opportunities are endless and we have a proven model ready for you to present!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth and Strategy:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for both Elite brands.
    • Collaborate with the CEO to refine and execute Elite\xe2\x80\x99s Go-To-Market strategy for target segments.
    • Create and manage precise revenue acquisition and retention plans by market and customer type, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Goals and Accountability:
    • Set, track, and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision and yearly metrics.
    • Monitor and report on revenue performance, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure targets are met.
    • Book a minimum of 15 NEW appointments a month from self generated leads.

Professional Experience & Qualifications:
  • Industry and Sales Expertise:
    • Must have business development experience in corporate travel, ideally with a TMC.
    • Minimum of five years of business development experience.
    • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in competitive markets.
    • Experience in strategic repositioning of competitive profiles and managing business transitions effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts.
    • Skilled in identifying customer issues and ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Measurable Outcomes:
  • Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • High focus on appointment results in the first 12 months to develop a pipeline
  • A minimum quarterly pipeline value to maintain.
  • Successful implementation of strategic sales initiatives.
  • Enhanced competitive positioning and market share growth.

Key Metrics:
  • Lead Sourcing:
    • Source own leads while leveraging internal and website-generated leads.
    • Maintain 250 qualified leads after the first 90 days.
    • Attend events, tradeshows, and functions to build the Elite brand.
    • Leverage personal contacts to help find new business.
  • Client Presentations/Meetings:
    • Book a minimum of 4 confirmed presentations each week.
    • Conduct in-person presentations if within 60 minutes of the office.
    • Ensure Elite\xe2\x80\x99s CORE Values are represented in all presentations.
      • Pipeline Management:
        • Use social media (LinkedIn) to keep the pipeline full.
        • Ensure the pipeline maintains a revenue target aligned with company goals.
        • Collaborate with preferred suppliers to build the pipeline.
  • Ideal Client Profile:
    • Minimum annual total travel spend of $500K.
    • Know 2+ people within the organization.
    • Head office located in Canada.
    • Cultural fit with Elite\xe2\x80\x99s values.
    • Ability to meet in person.
