Job Description

Responsibilities



Monitor revenue, margins, and costs to identify improvement opportunities. Ensure accuracy through in-depth financial analysis and variance reporting (price, cost, volume). Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers and suppliers. Lead negotiations on pricing and terms to align with strategic goals. Develop tools, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems to drive efficiency in customer and procurement operations. Promote continuous improvement and accountability across teams. Lead budget preparation and ensure expenditures align with business priorities. Monitor performance and implement corrective actions when needed. Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize supplier performance, and apply strategic thinking to quoting and procurement practices. Leverage technology for operational efficiency. Align procurement strategies and contract terms with broader business goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and transparency across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business; CPA or MBA preferred 7-10 years in business operations or administration, with 5+ years in leadership Proficient in ERP systems, standard costing, and advanced Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to lead under pressure and manage multiple priorities
