The Advanced Analytics Director leverages and shares their deep knowledge of a wide variety of data analytics topics and helps others to improve their knowledge and understanding of the use of data and technology.

The ideal candidate will:

Deliver business value via best-in-class Advanced Analytics projects

  • Transform business requests into value-add, impactful, and intelligent data products and capabilities that solve business problems, using the latest technology and analytical techniques (including predictive regression/classification models, clustering, neural networks, generative AI, etc depending on the use case).
  • Work closely with business teams to collaboratively assess, understand, improve, and deliver better outcomes through data, and re-imagine business processes along the way.

Iterate to achieve success
  • Take a scientific and iterative approach to arrive at exceptional outcomes.
  • Understand that the path to success is not linear, and not afraid to try, assess, and rebuild as needed.
Be a partner of choice
  • Become a strong and equal collaborator, ready to listen, share, accept feedback, and get their hands dirty with partner teams.
  • Help people in the business better understand the use of data and analytics, drawing on a thorough understanding of and experience with technologies for intelligent automation, data science, etc.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in quantitative based field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science) preferred
  • Advanced experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
  • Advanced technological experience in Python, SQL, Spark, and interacting with APIs, etc.
