We are seeking a skilled Driller to join our team in a dynamic construction environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heavy equipment operation and mechanical knowledge, with experience in various drilling techniques. This role requires proficiency in operating multiple types of machinery and a commitment to maintaining safety standards on the job site.

Duties

Operate drilling equipment, including horizontal drilling machines, excavators, and backhoes, to perform drilling tasks efficiently. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute drilling projects according to specifications and timelines. Utilize dozers, loaders, graders, and paving equipment as needed during construction activities. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks associated with heavy equipment operation. Maintain accurate records of drilling operations and report any issues or malfunctions promptly.

Experience

Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with drills, excavators. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and practices is preferred. Previous experience in construction environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of Caterpillar machinery is a plus.
