Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Driller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various drilling operations and possess strong mechanical knowledge. This role involves operating drilling equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and contributing to the successful completion of projects. The Driller will work closely with other team members to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.

Duties

Operate drilling machinery, including horizontal drilling equipment, to perform excavation tasks. Conduct grading and paving operations using Caterpillar equipment and loaders. Utilize backhoes and graders for digging and moving materials as required. Maintain and inspect drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute drilling projects safely. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise, applying mechanical knowledge effectively. Document daily activities, including progress reports and equipment usage.

Requirements

Class 3 Driver License Mandatory Proven experience in drilling operations or related fields. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Familiarity with operating graders, backhoes, loaders, and horizontal drilling machinery. Valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety and quality work. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Pay: $25.00-$34.00 per hour
