Responsable de diriger les initiatives marketing pour nos bannieres de pharmacies :

Medicine Shoppe, I.D.A., Guardian et Remedy'sRx

. Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) sera responsable de l'elaboration et de la mise en oeuvre de strategies marketing completes visant a renforcer la connaissance de la marque, les ventes et l'engagement des clients dans l'ensemble de nos enseignes pharmaceutiques.

Section A - Responsabilites specifiques



Marketing national

: Developper et mettre en oeuvre des campagnes marketing nationales et des strategies promotionnelles alignees sur les objectifs des bannieres de detail pour stimuler la notoriete et les ventes.

Leadership d'equipe

: Diriger et developper l'equipe marketing, en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et inclusif. Gestion la performance de l'equipe pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux et soutenir le developpement professionnel des membres.

Marketing local

: Soutenir les pharmacies individuelles avec des strategies marketing adaptees a leur clientele et a leurs conditions de marche locales.

Marketing numerique

: Diriger les initiatives numeriques, incluant les medias sociaux, le marketing par courriel, le referencement (SEO) et la publicite en ligne pour renforcer la presence en ligne et l'engagement client.

Identite de marque

: Gerer et maintenir l'identite des marques des bannieres de pharmacies, en assurant la coherence de tous les supports et communications marketing.

Marketing omnicanal

: Developper et executer des strategies marketing integrant les efforts traditionnels et numeriques.

Recherche de marche

: Realiser des etudes de marche pour identifier les tendances, les preferences des clients, leurs besoins et le paysage concurrentiel, et utiliser ces informations pour orienter les strategies marketing.

Gestion budgetaire

: Superviser le budget marketing, en assurant une allocation efficace des ressources pour maximiser le retour sur investissement (ROI) et atteindre les objectifs.

Collaboration

: Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les equipes interfonctionnelles et les directeurs generaux des bannieres pour assurer l'alignement des efforts marketing avec les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise.

Analyse de performance

: Suivre et analyser les performances des campagnes marketing, en utilisant des donnees pour optimiser les strategies et atteindre les resultats souhaites.

Section B - Competences et experiences requises



Diplome universitaire en marketing, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe. Un diplome de maitrise est preferable. 8 a 10 ans d'experience en marketing Experience dans un poste de direction marketing, idealement dans le secteur du commerce de detail ou de la sante. Solide comprehension du marketing numerique, du SEO et des strategies omnicanales. Excellentes competences en leadership, communication et collaboration. Experience en gestion d'equipe, incluant le developpement des talents, la promotion d'un environnement inclusif et la gestion de la performance. Capacite a analyser les donnees et les tendances du marche pour orienter les decisions strategiques. Experience en gestion de budgets marketing et en optimisation du ROI. Maitrise de l'anglais et du francais souhaitee.

Job Summary



Marketing Director to lead our Retail Banner Group for the Rest of Canada Medicine Shoppe, I.D.A., Guardian, and Remedy'sRx). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement across our pharmacy banners.

Section A - Specific Responsibilities



National Marketing

: Develop and implement comprehensive national marketing campaigns and promotional strategies that align with the retail banner's objectives and drive brand awareness and sales.

People Leadership

: Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Drive team performance to achieve business goals and support professional growth and development of team members

Local Marketing

: Support individual pharmacy locations with tailored marketing strategies and tools that cater to their unique customer bases and local market conditions.

Digital Marketing

: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising to enhance online presence and customer engagement.

Brand Identity

: Manage and maintain the brand identity of the pharmacy banners, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Omnichannel Marketing

: Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies that integrate traditional and digital marketing efforts. outcomes.

Market Research

: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences and needs, and the competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.

Budget Management

: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.

Collaboration

: Work closely with cross-functional teams and Banner General Managers to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.

Performance Analysis

: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

Section B - Skillsets and Experiences Required



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. 8-10 years of marketing experience Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the retail or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and omnichannel strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Proven experience in people leadership, including managing and developing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, and driving team performance to achieve business goals. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI. Fluency in both English and French is preferred.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
