Le directeur marketing sera responsable du developpement strategique des activites marketing du Club. Il/Elle exercera un role tactique et operationnel et veillera au deploiement des strategies globales et a la gestion de divers projets. Il aura pour mission de definir, piloter et executer la strategie marketing et les campagnes marketing afin de renforcer la notoriete de la marque et atteindre les objectifs commerciaux et d'image de marque aligner avec les differentes normes de la ligue (MLS).
Principales responsabilites
Apporter une expertise marketing et une vision strategique pour l'ensemble des activites de marketing du Club.
Developper des strategies et assurer l'execution des orientations commerciales, l'ideation et la planification des activites marketing, publicitaires promotionnelles afin d'accroitre la visibilite, la notoriete et l'experience client du CF Montreal.
Concevoir, planifier et coordonner les campagnes marketing (digital, media, evenementiel, CRM, etc.).
Assurer le suivi de la performance des campagnes (KPIs, ROI, taux d'engagement) et proposer des ajustements.
Encadrer une equipe marketing (charges de projet, graphistes, analystes, etc.).
Participer a des etudes de marche, analyses concurrentielles et sondages consommateurs au besoin.
Assurer une veille sur les tendances marketing, les innovations technologiques et les comportements des publics.
Optimiser les ressources et negocier avec les fournisseurs et agences.
Gerer et mesurer les campagnes SEO et AdWords.
Etablir, suivre et optimiser les differents budgets lies a la performance marketing et CRM.
Collaborer avec les differents services du club pour assurer un bon deploiement des strategies marketing (vente, Partenariats, Relations communautaires operations.
Job description
The Marketing Director will be responsible for the strategic development of the Club's marketing activities. He/She will play a tactical and operational role, ensuring the deployment of global strategies and the management of various projects. The mission will be to define, lead, and execute the marketing strategy and campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and achieve commercial and brand image objectives aligned with the league's (MLS) standards.
Main responsabilities
Provide marketing expertise and a strategic vision for all of the Club's marketing activities.
Develop strategies and ensure the execution of commercial directions, ideation, and planning of marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to increase CF Montreal's visibility, brand awareness, and customer experience.
Design, plan, and coordinate marketing campaigns (digital, media, events, CRM, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, engagement rates) and recommend adjustments.
Manage a marketing team (project managers, graphic designers, analysts, etc.).
Participate in market studies, competitive analyses, and consumer surveys as needed.
Stay informed on marketing trends, technological innovations, and audience behaviors.
Optimize resources and negotiate with suppliers and agencies.
Manage and measure SEO and AdWords campaigns.
Establish, monitor, and optimize budgets related to marketing and CRM performance.
Collaborate with other Club departments to ensure proper deployment of marketing strategies (Sales, Partnerships, Community Relations, Operations).
Qualifications
La personnalite ! Creative, dynamique, innovatrice, proactive, autonome, orientee vers les solutions, ayant une grande facilite a collaborer.
Detenir un diplome universitaire en marketing, communications ou autre domaine connexe.
Posseder un minimum de 10 ans d'experience en marketing, marketing numerique, exploitation de base de donnees ou autre domaine equivalent.
Experience dans l'industrie du sport est un atout important.
Maitrise des outils numeriques, CRM, analytics et plateformes publicitaires.
Posseder un bon leadership, des competences interpersonnelles et de communication.
Grande expertise des campagnes et plateformes numeriques.
Grande capacite a gerer plusieurs projets en meme temps et a travailler sous pression et delais serres.

Haut niveau de precision, sens de l'organisation, de l'analyse et souci du detail.

Excellente connaissance de la suite Microsoft 365.
Required qualifications
Personality:Creative, dynamic, innovative, proactive, autonomous, solution-oriented, and highly collaborative.
University degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, database management, or an equivalent field.
Experience in the sports industry is a significant asset.
Proficiency with digital tools, CRM, analytics, and advertising platforms.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Extensive expertise in digital campaigns and platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure and tight deadlines.
High level of accuracy, organizational and analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written; the person will need to establish business relationships within and outside Quebec.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite.
