Le(la) Directeur(trice) lifestyle creatif(ve) est le(la) generateur(trice) d'idees et le chercheur(se) de tendances pour les experiences de luxe et lifestyle. Il/elle cree egalement l'empreinte digitale de l'hotel, qui constitue la vitrine de celui-ci dans le monde. Vous gerez l'ensemble du contenu digital, de sa creation -- incluant les seances photo et video -- jusqu'a sa mise en ligne. Vous incarnerez et serez capable de federer nos equipes autour d'une ideologie commune : etre le leader du luxe en matiere d'experiences lifestyle pour nos clients. Ce que vous contribuez :
Minimum 7 a 10 ans d'experience en direction creative, programmation d'experience client, partenariats de marque ou marketing/hotellerie de luxe.
Baccalaureat ou experience professionnelle equivalente.
Portefeuille solide en conception d'experiences culturelles, culinaires, bien-etre ou design.
Capacite averee a equilibrer vision creative et objectifs commerciaux.
Excellentes competences en communication, leadership et developpement de relations.
Comprehension approfondie des marches du luxe, des attentes des clients et de la scene culturelle montrealaise.
Connaissance de la suite Office.
Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais ; d'autres langues sont un atout.

The Lifestyle Creative Director is the guardian of the soul and visual identity of the Four Seasons Hotel Montreal. Responsible for the overall creative vision of the hotel, Marcus Restaurant, and Guerlain Spa, this individual design, unique lifestyle and sensory experiences--where design, gastronomy, fashion, wellness, and culture intersect. The Lifestyle Creative Director aligns creativity with commercial strategy to position the property as a cultural destination and a global reference in contemporary luxury.
Beyond shaping brand identity, the Lifestyle Creative Director is also a trend seeker, curator, and connector, developing collaborations, partnerships, and retail concepts that embody the essence of the Four Seasons brand while resonating with both local and international audiences.

What you bring:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in creative direction, lifestyle programming, brand partnerships, or luxury hospitality/marketing.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
