VOICI CE QUE NOTRE EQUIPE ATTEND DE VOUS :Superviser divers aspects de la succursale locale de vente au detail Aider le directeur de la succursale dans tous les aspects de l'entreprise, y compris la croissance et le developpement de l'equipe. Etre dispose et capable d'assumer chacun des roles au sein de la Direction generale et comprendre que la formation polyvalente est essentielle a la reussite de la Direction generale Travailler en etroite collaboration avec l'equipe des ventes de Roofmart pour fournir un soutien et etablir de solides relations a long terme avec les clients existants ainsi que pour aider au developpement de nouveaux clients

LE CANDIDAT IDEAL POSSEDE :Diplome d'etudes collegiales (en affaires/ventes/marketing de preference) et/ou 3 ans ou plus d'experience reussie en gestion d'entrepot/vente au detail, experience en vente Permis de conduire valide La connaissance de l'industrie de la toiture serait consideree comme un atout Excellentes competences interpersonnelles et de communication Solide resolveur de problemes avec la capacite de gerer des situations difficiles

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE;Supervising various aspects of the local retail branch Assisting the Branch Manager in all aspects of the business including growing and developing the team. Willing and able to perform each of the roles at the Branch and understanding that cross training is fundamental to the Branch's success Working closely with the Roofmart Sales Team to provide support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;College Diploma (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management, sales experience Valid driver's license Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
