Aux Fermes Lufa, nous avons pour mission de batir un meilleur systeme alimentaire en cultivant des aliments la ou les gens vivent, et ce, de facon responsable. Nous travaillons aussi en partenariat avec des centaines de fermiers et d'artisans locaux afin de fournir une epicerie fraiche, locale et responsable complete a partir de notre Marche en ligne, notre site de commerce electronique developpe a l'interne. Pour nous aider a accroitre notre impact et a faire decouvrir Les Fermes Lufa a encore plus de foyers, nous sommes a la recherche d'un.e marketeur.e axe.e sur la croissance et les donnees.

Le ou la directeur.trice de l'acquisition clients est responsable de generer une croissance mesurable du nombre d'abonnes et des revenus grace a une strategie eclairee par les donnees, des experimentations rapides et une optimisation continue. A l'aide de l'analyse, il ou elle repere des opportunites, ameliore la performance et fait croitre l'acquisition efficacement sur tous les canaux. C'est un role concret et strategique pour quelqu'un qui aime tester, apprendre et transformer les chiffres en croissance. La personne travaillera en etroite collaboration avec les equipes produit, marketing, televentes et service a la clientele.

Responsabilites



Concevoir, executer et optimiser des campagnes d'acquisition multicanal pour stimuler les inscriptions et les conversions; - a la fois numeriquement et avec nos kiosques en personne ; Analyser les donnees de campagne au quotidien afin d'identifier les tendances de performance, reperer les blocages et determiner les prochaines actions; Suivre et optimiser les metriques de base ; Concevoir et executer des tests A/B sur les creations, les pages d'atterrissage et les canaux pour ameliorer continuellement l'efficacite de l'acquisition; Gerer et faire croitre les medias payants (Meta, Google, Instagram, etc.), les programmes de referencement, le SEO, les partenariats et les activations locales; Motiver, encadrer et diriger une equipe performante couvrant differents canaux de vente (numerique, evenements, B2C, televentes); Elaborer des previsions d'acquisition, fixer des objectifs de performance et communiquer clairement les resultats a la direction; Collaborer avec les equipes design, analytique et operations afin d'aligner les efforts d'acquisition sur les objectifs de marque et d'affaires.

Exigences



7 a 10 ans d'experience progressive en marketing, dont au moins 3 ans dans un role de direction; Experience demontree en marketing de detail, combinant efficacement strategies d'acquisition physiques et numeriques; Expertise en marketing de performance numerique, plateformes CRM et gestion du cycle de vie client; Experience confirmee dans le lancement d'activations de marque reussies (pop-ups, kiosques, evenements en magasin, etc.); Solide comprehension de l'analyse de donnees, de la segmentation client et des strategies de croissance experimentale; Experience en gestion d'equipes multidisciplinaires et collaboration avec des parties prenantes en vente, creation et technologie; Excellentes habiletes en resolution de problemes, prise de decision et communication; Connaissance des plateformes de commerce numerique, solutions infonuagiques et technologies Web modernes.

Temps plein (40 heures par semaine).

At Lufa Farms, we're on a mission to create a better food system and a huge part of this is achieved by growing food where people live, and growing it responsibly. We also partner with hundreds of local farmers and foodmakers to offer a full lineup of fresh, local, responsible groceries through our online Marketplace, an e-commerce site we developed in-house. To help us scale our impact and bring Lufa Farms to even more households, we're looking for a data-driven growth marketer.

The Customer Acquisition Director is responsible for driving measurable subscriber and revenue growth through data-informed strategy, rapid experimentation, and continuous optimization. They'll use analytics to uncover insights, improve performance, and scale customer acquisition efficiently across all channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on testing, learning, and turning numbers into growth. They'll work closely with our product and marketing teams, as well as with our telesales and customer service teams.

Responsibilities



Build, execute, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns that drive customer sign-ups and conversions - both digitally and with our in person kiosks; Analyze campaign data daily to identify performance trends, diagnose bottlenecks, and inform next steps; Track and optimize core metrics; Design and execute A/B tests across creative, landing pages, and channels to continuously improve acquisition efficiency; Manage and scale paid media (Meta, Google, Instagram, etc.), referral programs, SEO, partnerships, and local activations; Motivate, mentor, and lead a high performing team in various sales channels (digital, events, B2C, telesales); Develop acquisition forecasts, set performance targets, and communicate results clearly to leadership; Work closely with design, analytics, and operations teams to align acquisition efforts with brand and business goals.

Requirements



7 to 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role; Proven track record in retail marketing, with a strong blend of physical and digital acquisition strategies; Expertise in digital performance marketing, CRM platforms, and customer lifecycle management; Demonstrated experience launching successful brand activations, pop-ups, or in-store kiosks; Deep understanding of data analytics, customer segmentation, and growth experimentation; Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales, creative, and technical stakeholders; Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills; Familiarity with digital commerce platforms, cloud solutions, and modern web technologies.

Schedule



Full-time (40 hours per week).
