Dans ce role, vous developperez et renforcerez les relations avec un client strategique, en stimulant la croissance et l'innovation a travers notre portefeuille de produits, services et solutions numeriques. Vous dirigerez une equipe de gestionnaires de comptes, favoriserez la collaboration et offrirez une experience client exceptionnelle tout en atteignant des objectifs de vente ambitieux.


Responsable de garantir la conformite aux reglementations externes et internes applicables, ainsi qu'aux procedures et directives.

Votre impact



Diriger la planification et l'execution des comptes strategiques afin de stimuler la croissance et la satisfaction client. Etablir et renforcer les relations a tous les niveaux organisationnels, tant chez le client que chez Hitachi Energy. Fournir leadership et orientation a une equipe de gestionnaires de comptes, fixer des objectifs et suivre la performance. Atteindre les objectifs annuels de vente et accroitre la part de marche au sein du compte strategique. Maintenir des previsions et un pipeline de ventes precis via Salesforce. Definir des strategies gagnantes pour les appels d'offres grace au processus Capture Team Selling. Agir comme point de contact pour la resolution des problemes et la gestion des plaintes clients. Partager des idees et des meilleures pratiques au sein de la communaute de gestion des comptes.

Votre experience



Diplome de baccalaureat ou maitrise (ex. BA, MBA, P.Eng.). Minimum 10 ans d'experience en gestion de comptes/developpement des affaires dans le secteur des services publics. Au moins 5 ans d'experience en gestion d'equipes de vente. Experience averee dans les systemes electriques ou l'industrie energetique; une experience en solutions numeriques OT/IT est un atout. Excellentes competences en communication et collaboration en francais et en anglais. Succes demontre dans l'atteinte des objectifs de vente et la stimulation de la croissance.

Join Hitachi Energy as a Strategic Account Director and lead the charge in shaping the future of energy solutions for a major utility partner in Montreal, Canada. In this role, you'll build and expand relationships with a strategically important customer, driving growth and innovation across our portfolio of products, services, and digital solutions. You'll lead a team of account managers, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving ambitious sales targets.


Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact



Lead strategic account planning and execution to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Build and strengthen relationships at all organizational levels within the customer and Hitachi Energy. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of account managers, setting goals and monitoring performance. Achieve annual sales targets and expand market share within your strategic account. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using Salesforce. Drive winning bid strategies through the Capture Team Selling process. Act as the focal point for issue resolution and customer complaint management. Share insights and best practices within the Account Management community.

Your Background



Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., BA, MBA, P.Eng.). Minimum 10 years of account management/business development experience in the utility industry. At least 5 years of experience managing sales teams. Proven track record in power systems or energy industry; OT/IT digital solutions experience is an asset. Strong communication and collaboration skills in French and English. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
