The position is 100% in remote.Your responsibilities:- You will oversee the firm\'s operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and ensuring that profitability targets are met.
- You will establish policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- You will manage a team of accounting and tax professionals, providing inspirational leadership and fostering a collaborative working environment.

- You\'ll help clients develop accounting and tax strategies, make informed decisions and solve complex problems.
- You will also be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities, if this interests you.
- You will be responsible for providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with current accounting standards and tax regulations.
