Votre role
En tant que Directeur vente de solutions TI, vous jouerez un role cle dans la croissance commerciale de RENAPS Canada. Vous serez responsable du developpement des affaires, de la gestion des comptes strategiques et de l'optimisation des processus de vente pour soutenir la strategie de croissance de l'entreprise.
Responsabilites principales
Developpement des affaires
Identifier et developper de nouvelles opportunites clients au Canada et aux Etats-Unis.
Promouvoir l'ensemble des offres de RENAPS et batir un solide pipeline de ventes.
Representer RENAPS lors d'evenements et developper des partenariats d'affaires strategiques.
Gestion du portefeuille client
Gerer et faire croitre un portefeuille de clients existants a fort potentiel.
Assurer la satisfaction et la fidelisation des clients a long terme.
Maintenir une documentation rigoureuse dans le CRM et des plans de compte a jour.
Strategie commerciale et operationnelle
Optimiser les processus de vente pour accroitre l'efficacite et les resultats.
Elaborer les strategies de tarification et de contractualisation avec les equipes internes.
Concevoir et maintenir le materiel de vente (presentations, argumentaires, playbooks).
Profil recherche
Experience : 10 ans ou plus en vente de solutions TI B2B (services geres, infrastructure, transformation numerique, developpement applicatif).
Competences : Excellentes aptitudes en negociation, communication et presentation, en francais et en anglais.
Connaissances : Bonne comprehension du marche TI canadien et nord-americain.
Mobilite : Disponible pour des deplacements clients et evenements professionnels.

The Role
As IT Solutions Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving RENAPS Canada's business growth. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing key accounts, and optimizing sales operations to support the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Canada and the U.S.
Promote RENAPS' full portfolio of IT services and solutions.
Represent RENAPS at industry events and build strategic business partnerships.
Account Management
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients.
Ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain accurate account plans and documentation within the CRM system.
Sales Strategy and Operations
Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
Develop pricing, proposal, and contract strategies with internal teams.
Create and update sales materials, presentations, and playbooks to support business objectives.
Profile
Experience: 10+ years in B2B IT solution sales (Managed Services, Infrastructure, Digital Transformation, Application Development).
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities in both English and French.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Canadian and North American IT market.
Mobility: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
