Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Developper des methodes pour inspirer et construire une equipe hautement efficace et engagee capable de repondre aux besoins actuels et futurs grace a un leadership efficace. Assurer un leadership efficace en tenant continuellement le personnel informe des initiatives et des resultats et en partageant la responsabilite de la performance globale, de la productivite et de l'engagement des membres de l'equipe. Developper et gerer des relations de travail efficaces avec vos homologues au sein de la grande equipe, de meme qu'avec vos pairs au sein des differentes equipes ayant a traiter avec l'Assurance des Particuliers Etre responsable de la creation / modification des normes de souscription, en vue de maintenir une croissance profitable et permettant une surperformance vis a vis le marche Se tenir au courant de l'environnement reglementaire, comprendre leurs impacts sur le portefeuille et s'assurer que les actions et les procedures de souscription y sont conformes Surveiller les pratiques concurrentielles, les tendances de l'industrie ou autres developpements ayant une incidence sur les resultats et de faire des recommandations concernant les pratiques de l'entreprise Conduire le changement en remettant en question le statu quo, en faisant preuve d'une attitude positive et en dynamisant les autres. Apporterez votre leadership au sein de IFC en participant a des mandats nationaux et a des projets strategiques

Ce que vous mettrez a profit :



Experience en gestion de 3 a 5 ans avec des resultats demontres en encadrement d'equipe et en atteinte d'objectifs. Approche axee sur les donnees; a l'aise avec les chiffres et l'analyse; capacite a interpreter les resultats et a les traduire en decision d'affaires. Solide competence en gestion multi projets: planification, priorisation, respect des echeances et coordination d'equipes et de parties prenantes. Leadership de changement: implanter des ameliorations de processus et accompagner les employes de facon positive et structuree pendant les transitions. Vivre et demontrer nos facteurs de succes en Leadership. Solides competences en communication et capacite a favoriser et a maintenir des relations professionnelles efficaces a tous les niveaux de l'organisation. Experience en gestion de personnes et/ou de projets avec de solides competences en collaboration, en coaching et en mentorat, et un succes avere dans la constitution d'equipes. Capacite a maitriser plusieurs priorites sous des contraintes de temps avec un sentiment d'urgence.

Bilinguisme requis

(Francais et Anglais), etant donnee les interactions constantes avec les homologues a l'exterieur du Quebec PAA ou FPAA de preference, ou autre titre similaire un atout
