Responsabilites :
Sous la responsabilite du directeur de l'usine, le directeur en amelioration continue aura les responsabilites suivantes :

• Appliquer le plan strategique et operationnel de production Lean;
• Assurer l'amelioration continue des processus avec un souci de productivite et de competitivite;
• Mettre en place des changements organisationnels necessaires pour en atteindre les objectifs financiers;
• Dresser une liste de projets d'amelioration et faire le suivi des priorites en fonction des systemes de production Lean;
• Creer les objectifs, plans, echeanciers, budgets et mesures d'evaluation de la reussite pour chaque projet afin d'ameliorer les processus existants;
• Assurer la gestion d'une equipe d'amelioration continue ;
• Augmenter la productivite en eliminant les obstacles au rendement et en prenant les devants en matiere de gestion du changement et de soutien technique;
• Offrir une formation et un accompagnement a tous les employes relativement aux concepts Lean et d'amelioration continue;
• Prendre toute mesure corrective necessaire pour maintenir la qualite des processus;

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for: Implementing the Lean production strategic and operational plan; Ensuring continuous process improvement with a focus on productivity and competitiveness; Implementing the organizational changes necessary to achieve financial objectives; Developing a list of improvement projects and tracking priorities based on Lean production systems; Creating objectives, plans, timelines, budgets, and success metrics for each project to improve existing processes; Managing a continuous improvement team; Increasing productivity by removing performance barriers and taking the lead in change management and technical support; Providing training and coaching to all employees on Lean and continuous improvement concepts; Taking any necessary corrective action to maintain process quality;
Exigences :

• Formation universitaire en en ingenierie;
• Experience pertinente en gestion de personnel et gestion de projet;
• Bonne communication orale et ecrite;
• Bonne connaissance des systemes de qualite (ISO, un atout);
• Bilinguisme;
• Certification Lean Sensei ou equivalente, un atout;
• Ceinture verte LSS, un atout.

Requirements: University degree in engineering; Relevant experience in personnel management and project management; Good oral and written communication skills; Good knowledge of quality systems (ISO, an asset); Bilingualism; Lean Sensei certification or equivalent, an asset; LSS Green Belt, an asset.
