Your new role




As a Study Manager for the Windfall mining project in the pre-construction phase, you will lead the early planning and feasibility study stages, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering optimized project outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the execution of feasibility-level studies, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams to produce and evaluate project deliverables. Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation. Support the development of project strategy and track progress against critical path schedules. Apply risk management practices throughout the study lifecycle and communicate key risks to stakeholders. Develop and manage capital expenditure and financial models to support investment decisions. Foster collaboration across teams and ensure stakeholder needs are integrated into the project scope.

What you'll need to succeed



Over 10 years of experience in study and project management, particularly in large-scale mining operations; Proficient in the full lifecycle of projects exceeding $1 billion, including project management, engineering, procurement, construction, project controls (cost, schedule, risk, scope), and trade-off analysis; In-depth understanding of the mining value chain, macro-level configurations, and asset lifecycle evaluation; Strong leadership skills supporting collaboration with multiple stakeholders; Solid business acumen for developing comprehensive solutions; Skilled in writing reports, plans, and technical specifications; Proficient in data analysis for performance tracking.
