Brandt est actuellement \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un directeur des ventes PTD (Technologies de positionnement), pour son emplacement \xc3\xa0 Laval.

Le titulaire du poste est responsable de la gestion de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de ventes des technologies de positionnement les plus innovantes dans les domaines de la construction, de l\'arpentage, de l\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie/SIG et de l\'agriculture et de la croissance des ventes et de la rentabilit\xc3\xa9 de la division Technologies de positionnement.

Fonctions et responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

  • La gestion et le perfectionnement de tous les employ\xc3\xa9s de la division Technologies de positionnement dans le but de constituer une main-d\'\xc5\x93uvre motiv\xc3\xa9e et performante ax\xc3\xa9e sur la r\xc3\xa9ussite \xc3\xa0 long terme de l\'entreprise, des clients et des employ\xc3\xa9s
  • Atteindre les objectifs de gestion des actifs en mati\xc3\xa8re de rotation et de vieillissement ainsi que de protection des actifs de l\'entreprise. Comprend, sans s\'y limiter, le stock des technologies de positionnement neuves et usag\xc3\xa9es
  • Fournir des informations sur les exigences en mati\xc3\xa8re de stock pour atteindre les objectifs de p\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9tration du march\xc3\xa9
  • Atteindre les objectifs de p\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9tration du march\xc3\xa9 fix\xc3\xa9s par l\'entreprise
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper de nouvelles activit\xc3\xa9s pour la division Technologie de positionnement
  • Fournir un retour d\'information et une contribution sur les occasions et les pressions concurrentielles futures
  • Aider \xc3\xa0 la gestion des comptes clients en collaboration avec le directeur des services de cr\xc3\xa9dit et le vice-pr\xc3\xa9sident des op\xc3\xa9rations
Comp\xc3\xa9tences requises
  • Connaissance du GPS, des r\xc3\xa9seaux, des stations totales, de la cartographie, de l\'\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9vation et du nivellement, de l\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie, de l\'arpentage ou de la g\xc3\xa9omatique, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence
  • De solides comp\xc3\xa9tences en mati\xc3\xa8re de communication sont requises
  • Doit poss\xc3\xa9der des aptitudes tr\xc3\xa8s efficaces en mati\xc3\xa8re de n\xc3\xa9gociation et de r\xc3\xa9solution des conflits
  • Doit \xc3\xaatre capable de pr\xc3\xa9parer des pr\xc3\xa9sentations et des r\xc3\xa9unions pour les clients et les unit\xc3\xa9s commerciales
  • Une bonne connaissance de la gestion financi\xc3\xa8re, de la gestion technologique et des contr\xc3\xb4les internes est consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout
Exp\xc3\xa9rience requise
  • Un minimum de 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en gestion \xc3\xa0 responsabilit\xc3\xa9 progressive est requis
  • La pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence sera accord\xc3\xa9e aux candidats titulaires d\'un dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes sup\xc3\xa9rieures ou d\'un dipl\xc3\xb4me dans un domaine connexe
  • Succ\xc3\xa8s d\xc3\xa9montr\xc3\xa9 en mati\xc3\xa8re de leadership et de mentorat


Brandt is currently seeking a PTD (Positioning Technology) Sales Manager for our Laval Construction & Forestry location.

This position is responsible for the sales team management of the most innovative Construction, Survey, Engineering/GIS and Agricultural Positioning Technologies, and achieving sales growth and profitability of the Position Technology division.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Management and development of all employees in the Positioning Technology Division with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers and employees
  • Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets. Included but not limited to new and used Positioning Technology inventory
  • Providing input of inventory requirements to achieve market penetration goals
  • Achieving market penetration goals as set by the company
  • Develop new business for the Positioning Technology division
  • Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures
  • Assisting in the management of account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services and VP of Operations
Required Skills
  • Knowledge of GPS, networks, total stations, mapping, elevation and leveling, engineering, surveying, and/or geomatics preferred
  • Strong communication skills are required
  • Must have highly effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Must be able to prepare presentation and meetings for customers and business units
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, technology management, and internal controls considered an asset
Required Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible management experience is required
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated success in leadership and mentorship
