Description de l\'emploi:

\xc3\x80 titre de directeur de succursale chez United Rentals, vous dirigerez une entreprise majeure. Vous aurez la possibilit\xc3\xa9 d\'engager et de motiver les membres d\'une \xc3\xa9quipe incroyable occupant divers postes aux ventes, services clients, \xc3\xa0 la maintenance et au transport. Vous veillerez \xc3\xa0 ce que les clients obtiennent un service courtois et des r\xc3\xa9ponses justes et inform\xc3\xa9es. De plus, vous d\xc3\xa9velopperez une succursale rentable gr\xc3\xa2ce \xc3\xa0 votre ambition, votre esprit comp\xc3\xa9titif et vos comp\xc3\xa9tences en mati\xc3\xa8re de gestion des affaires.

Superviser les efforts de ventes et les initiatives commerciales

R\xc3\xa9diger et pr\xc3\xa9senter des rapports, y compris des \xc3\xa9tats des r\xc3\xa9sultats, des \xc3\xa9valuations mensuelles des proc\xc3\xa9d\xc3\xa9s, des budgets annuels et d\'autres rapports d\xc3\xa9taillant la situation op\xc3\xa9rationnelle

G\xc3\xa9rer les questions de votre \xc3\xa9quipe.

Superviser toutes les questions relatives \xc3\xa0 la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9, dont les audits, les formations de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9, la conformit\xc3\xa9 avec les r\xc3\xa8gles en vigueur, les r\xc3\xa8glements du transport et les tests de d\xc3\xa9pistage de drogue ou d\'alcool

Exigences du poste:

Un baccalaur\xc3\xa9at est un atout

Au moins cinq ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience concluante en gestion d\'entreprise avec responsabilit\xc3\xa9 des r\xc3\xa9sultats dans une succursale ou dans un autre centre de profit individuel

Une compr\xc3\xa9hension des principes de la comptabilit\xc3\xa9 commerciale et de la pr\xc3\xa9paration de budgets

Une exp\xc3\xa9rience solide en vente et en service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le est requise, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence en vente externe.

Des aptitudes efficaces en mati\xc3\xa8re de leadership, de motivation, d\'organisation et de communication

D\'excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en informatique et de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience avec Microsoft Office

Des connaissances et de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le domaine de la location d\'\xc3\xa9quipements sont un atout

Un permis de conduire valide assorti d\'un dossier de conduite acceptable.

What you\'ll do:

Manage overall branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, customer service and profitability

Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives

Prepare reports, including profit and loss statements, monthly operating reviews, yearly budgets and other reports detailing operational status

Manage personnel matters

Oversee all safety matters, including audits, safety training, OSHA compliance, DOT regulations and drug and alcohol testing

Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s Degree Preferred

Minimum 5 years of successful business management experience with profit and loss responsibility at a branch or other individual profit center

An understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation

Strong sales and customer service experience required, outside sales experience preferred

Effective leadership, motivational, organizational and communication skills

Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office

Knowledge and experience in the equipment rental industry preferred

Valid driver\'s license with acceptable driving record
