Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Ingenierie dynamique et experimente(e) pour diriger la fonction ingenierie de notre site de production pharmaceutique. Le/la candidat(e) ideal(e) disposera d'une solide expertise technique, d'un leadership eprouve et d'une experience confirmee en gestion de projets d'investissement (CAPEX). Ce poste est essentiel pour garantir que nos installations, utilites, equipements et procedes repondent aux plus hauts standards de securite, de conformite, de performance et de croissance dans un environnement reglemente. Principales responsabilites
Leadership en ingenierieDiriger, developper et encadrer l'equipe ingenierie (installations, maintenance, ingenierie projets, utilites, etc.).
Definir et mettre en oeuvre la strategie d'ingenierie en coherence avec les objectifs operationnels et business.
Favoriser l'amelioration continue en matiere de fiabilite des equipements, de systemes de maintenance et de performance operationnelle.
Gestion de projets CAPEXPiloter la planification, le budget et l'execution des projets d'investissement (greenfield, brownfield, modernisation des equipements).
Garantir la livraison des projets CAPEX dans les delais, dans le respect des budgets, en conformite avec les BPF (Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication), et avec un minimum d'impact sur les operations.
Preparer et presenter les dossiers d'investissement aupres de la direction executive.
Collaboration avec les parties prenantesCollaborer etroitement avec les equipes de Production, Qualite, Supply Chain et HSE pour soutenir les objectifs de production et la strategie du site.
Gerer les prestataires externes, fournisseurs et consultants pour fournir des solutions et services techniques.
Conformite technique & BPFS'assurer que toutes les activites d'ingenierie respectent les exigences cGMP, reglementaires et EHS (Environnement, Hygiene et Securite).
Participer activement aux audits et inspections : preparation, execution, mise en oeuvre des actions correctives.
Maintenir l'infrastructure du site et les utilites critiques (HVAC, eau purifiee, air comprime, etc.) dans un etat valide.
Innovation & digitalisationPromouvoir l'adoption de nouvelles technologies, l'automatisation et les initiatives Industrie 4.0 pour ameliorer les procedes de fabrication et d'ingenierie.
Etre un ambassadeur des initiatives de durabilite et d'efficacite energetique a l'echelle du site.
Exigences de baseDiplome d'ingenieur (Bac+5) ou Master en ingenierie (mecanique, industrielle, chimique, electrique ou equivalent).
Plus de 10 ans d'experience en ingenierie dans un environnement pharmaceutique ou biotechnologique soumis aux BPF, dont au moins 5 ans a un poste de direction.
Certification Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Succes demontre dans la gestion de projets CAPEX de differentes envergures et complexites.
Solide comprehension des procedes de fabrication pharmaceutique, conception d'installations et systemes utilitaires.
Expertise en normes d'ingenierie, validation et qualification (QI/QO/QP).
Maitrise des methodologies de gestion de projets (certification PMP appreciee).
Excellentes competences en leadership, gestion d'equipes et collaboration interfonctionnelle.
Forte aisance financiere : maitrise des budgets, controle des couts.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Engineering to lead our engineering function at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, proven leadership, and robust capital project (CAPEX) management experience. This role is critical in ensuring that our facilities, utilities, equipment, and processes meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, growth, and efficiency in a regulated environment. As our organization continues to grow within the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for an inspiring leader who can energize teams, drive innovation, and help shape the future of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Engineering LeadershipLead, develop, and manage the engineering team (facilities, maintenance, project engineering, utilities, etc.).
Establish and execute the engineering strategy aligned with business and operational goals.
Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, maintenance systems, and operational performance.
CAPEX & Project ManagementLead the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital investment projects (greenfield, brownfield, and equipment upgrades).
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of CAPEX projects while maintaining GMP compliance and minimal disruption to operations.
Prepare and present business cases for capital investments to executive leadership.
Technical Compliance & GMPEnsure all engineering activities comply with cGMP, regulatory, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements.
Support audits and inspections, including preparation, execution, and remediation actions.
Maintain site infrastructure and critical utilities (HVAC, purified water, compressed air, etc.) in validated state.
Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and HSE teams to support production goals and site strategy.
Manage external contractors, vendors, and consultants to deliver technical solutions and services.
Innovation & DigitalizationDrive the adoption of new technologies, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve manufacturing and engineering processes.
Champion sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives across the facility.
