La personne recherch\xc3\xa9e poss\xc3\xa8de au moins 5 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un poste similaire ou \xc3\xa0 titre de g\xc3\xa9rant de d\xc3\xa9partement dans un commerce d\xe2\x80\x99alimentation au d\xc3\xa9tail. Exp\xc3\xa9rience satisfaisante comme g\xc3\xa9rant d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9picerie ou directeur-adjoint dans un Provigo ou un Maxi et la connaissance des syst\xc3\xa8mes de commandes de Loblaw (franchiseur) est REQUISE pour le poste. La personne doit \xc3\xaatre sp\xc3\xa9cialiste dans la partie centre du magasin (\xc3\xa9picerie)- gros focus sur le processus OVP. Elle sera appel\xc3\xa9e aussi \xc3\xa0 superviser un ou des d\xc3\xa9partements, et se verra octroyer des mandats divers tel que confi\xc3\xa9 de temps \xc3\xa0 autre par le propri\xc3\xa9taire. Le travail implique du travail physique manuel (remplir les tablettes et du travail de bureau et suivis administratifs divers au niveau des processus, etc. La personne doit avoir une belle attitude, \xc3\xaatre motiv\xc3\xa9e et travaillante, avoir une belle feuille de route, \xc3\xaatre r\xc3\xa9siliente et doit \xc3\xaatre capable de bien g\xc3\xa9rer le stress et la pression qui vient avec les responsabilit\xc3\xa9s de son poste dans un magasin \xc3\xa0 grande surface/volume. Elle sait faire preuve de leadership, d\xe2\x80\x99autonomie, est bonne communicatrice, et est ax\xc3\xa9e sur le travail d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe et l\xe2\x80\x99atteinte des r\xc3\xa9sultats.
