Job Description

The Association for Community Living Interlake is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting adults living with an intellectual disability to live a fully inclusive life as members in the community.

Direct Support Professionals aide adults with disabilities to live their lives to their full potential, while assisting them in areas that they need more help with, such as personal care, administering medication, food preparation, medical appointments and household duties.

The ideal candidate should be:

mature reliable understanding compassionate a positive role model works well as a team
Qualifications:

Grade 12 education be at least 18 years of age have a valid driver's license
Must have (or be willing to obtain) current:

First aid (company will cover the cost of the course if you don't have) Clear criminal record check Clear Adult Abuse Registry Check
Must be able to commute to Stonewall
