Direct Support Professional
Job Description
Direct Support Professional will build a demonstrated rapport with individuals residing in the residence. Menu planning around special needs. Ability to work independently. Values consistent with the philosophy of Southwest Community Options Inc.. Medication Administration.
Grade 12 or equivalent required. Foundations, Vulnerable Persons Act, First Aid and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention required (or willing to obtain). Criminal Record and Driving Record search required. Demonstrated team player, ability to problem solve and counselling skills an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $17.03-$19.75 per hour

Ninette, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
