Job pay: $17.90 starting wage per hour, up to $20.93

Qualifications:

Must be in good general health with no history of chronic illness. A medical may be required. Must be able to lift & transfer heavy & hot items, up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand/ walk for an entire shift. Must be willing to work all shifts-days, evenings & nights, including weekends & statutory holidays. Will maintain the highest standards of hygiene and personal appearance. Will possess a pleasant, willing, flexible, and positive attitude. Will have a desire to work with seniors and display a service mindset. Must be able to work & communicate effectively with all members of the Pioneer Complex Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Will follow the Policies & Procedures of Pioneer Complex & the Services Department. Will conduct themselves in a polite & professional manner. Will treat all individuals with dignity & respect. Will prioritize the health, safety & general well-being of residents. Will use the communication tools provided to access & share information. Will be responsible for the general cleanliness of the Pioneer Complex, including but not limited to resident rooms, common
rooms, washrooms, entryways, stairwells and offices.

Will complete all duties on the Shift Task Lists in a timely & efficient manner. Will complete additional tasks as assigned. Will provide support & assistance, as needed, to all members of the Pioneer Complex Team. May be required to assist in training & orientating staff.
