In overseeing our Dining Room Team, you will enjoy working in a fast paced, Team oriented environment. Your passion for Guest service and flawless attention to detail will combine to produce a seamless event with personalized attention. What you\'ll be doing:

• Carry out standards and procedures
• Monitor staff arrival & departure
• Assist servers during peak hours
• Supervise D.R. setup
• Responsible for group billing
• All opening and closing duties
• Ability to resolve guest and team member complaints
• Extensive Food and Wine Knowledge
• To ensure all opening and closing procedures are carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Having a thorough knowledge of Lais Hotel Properties\xe2\x80\x99 products and services.
• To ensure all equipment in the department is correctly used, maintained and properly stored and is always kept clean, that inventory preparation is carried out and ensuring department is running efficiently.
• To be responsible for any monetary transactions during shift.

• Inspection of Dining Room
• Knowledge of daily specials
• Monitor stock on daily bases
• Assist with inventory control

• Hotel and Restaurant Manager Course
• Communication skills written and oral
• Computer and monitory skills
• Able to recognize and respect customer and team member confidentiality
