We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and supervision within a restaurant or fine dining setting, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and leadership. This role involves overseeing dining room operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our residents. The Dining Room Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining food safety standards and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily dining room operations to ensure efficient service and resident satisfaction. Train, mentor, and lead dining room staff to uphold service standards. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate menu offerings and special events. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance the overall dining experience. Implement and uphold food handling procedures to guarantee safety and quality of food served. Maintain schedules and payroll sign offs.

Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

Proven experience in restaurant or supervisory roles within the food industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Background in food preparation, serving, and hospitality practices. Familiarity with managing schedules. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.

Pay: $23.50-$25.00 per hour
