Job Description
The Rodd Charlottetown is looking for an experienced server to join their term to work evenings and weekends in the Dining Room.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with customers, and take orders for food and drinks.
- Plan and present menu.
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Ability to Sell or influence others for up selling and suggestive selling.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions to guest for choosing menu items
- Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Keep the work area neat and clean at all times; clean up after customers and clean work area.
- Provide guidance to guests on hotel activities, dining options and general hotel and Regional information.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and Promotions
Part-time hours: 25 per weekSalary: $13.70 per hourAdditional pay:
