Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas according to sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred Current Step 2 TB test, food handlers and smart serve certicficate Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Basic kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within the hospitality industry
