The UKG Dimensions Administrator role is to manage the UKG Dimensions application and be the subject matter expert on all aspects of the UKG Dimensions system to improve business processes, improve workforce productivity and enhance day-to-day operations. This includes managing the UKG Dimensions environment, implementing new UKG Dimensions capabilities, configuring pay rules, coordinating integration with the payroll and other systems, and creating new reports/data views. They will also be responsible for resolving day-to-day technical issues and managing user security.

  • Ability to configure, maintain, and implement Business structures, Data Views, Control Center, Timekeeping, User Access, Pay Rules, Basic Scheduling, and Absence Accrual.
  • Will be responsible to manage UKG Dimensions integration with payroll, and other analytics systems.
  • Work with business users to create dataviews and reports to improve productivity.
  • Work with HR/Business to identify new opportunities and roll out new functionalities.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert on all UKG Dimensions elements configured in the system.
  • Will be the key point of contact between HR/Finance/Payroll/and Operational team.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the UKG Dimensions.
  • Work with UKG Dimensions vendor to escalate issues that require vendor intervention.
  • Test fixes to ensure an incident has been adequately resolved.
  • Assist with troubleshooting Kiosk and Configurations.
  • Write clear, concise, well-organized technical documentation to maintain standards and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant field Computer Science
  • 3 years or more experience in UKG Workforce Dimensions (WFD) application setup and configuration, import/export payroll, integration with HR system, resolving and identifying payroll and integration issues. (Preferred)
  • 3 or more years of experience in reporting, metrics, and analysis (Preferred)
  • 3 years of more experience in a customer-facing role
  • Expert in setting up new pay rules, accrual, and PTO policies
  • High degree of UKG Dimensions technical expertise
  • Ability to build hyperfinds, dataviews, and reports
  • In-depth knowledge of standard UKG Dimensions clock configurations and setups
  • Knowledge of advanced scheduling concepts within UKG Dimensions
  • Knowledgeable understanding Employee Groups, Shift Differentials, Shift Patterns, Assignment Profiles, etc.
  • Ability to create test scripts and user training documents
  • Ability to quickly diagnose problem areas and come up with solutions and/or workarounds
  • Technical Understanding of APIs and interfacing between business applications
