Job Description

As a Digital Workplace Solution Architect - M365 & EUC, you'll make an impact by leading the design and implementation of innovative, scalable, and secure workplace technology solutions for enterprise customers. You will architect end-to-end digital workplace strategies that support seamless collaboration, enhanced productivity, and exceptional employee experiences, whether users are in-office, remote, or hybrid. This is a vital role that combines deep technical knowledge with a passion for improving user experience, enabling flexible work, and integrating emerging tools like AI, analytics, and automation into the digital environment. You will be a valued member of the Infrastructure M365 Professional Services team and work collaboratively with our Lead Infra Architect.


In this role, you will




Design and implement large-scale M365 deployments and migrations, including Exchange Online, Teams, and other productivity and collaboration tools. Define and execute digital workplace strategies for diverse personas and geographies, working closely with Business, IT, HR, and Facilities teams. Lead virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) architecture and transformation initiatives using Citrix, VMware Horizon, and Azure Virtual Desktop. Architect end-user computing environments: Windows 10/11, macOS, domain migrations, device management, and endpoint security. Configure and manage tools like SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD to streamline device provisioning, imaging, packaging, and patching. Integrate and secure unified communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Zoom, Skype for Business, and traditional telephony/video solutions. Lead the setup and configuration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, enabling SSO and Azure IAM-based application migrations. Implement and manage M365 Security solutions: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, DLP, and Information Protection. Drive adoption and innovation through Microsoft Copilot initiatives, including development and deployment of copilots and agents. Analyze enterprise trends and future business needs to develop architecture roadmaps, service blueprints, and endpoint standards. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure strategic alignment and secure, high-performing solutions.

Required skills: what you need to be considered




Over 10 years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune. Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale deployments and migrations. 5+ years in a dedicated EUC Architect role, with deep expertise in modern workplace design, endpoint management, and user experience optimization. Expertise in M365 technology stack: Windows 10/11, EMS Suite, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and integration with cloud and on-prem platforms. Experience with Microsoft Co-pilot and Copilot agent development and deployment Strong technical knowledge of Directory Services (Active Directory, LDAP) and MDM solutions like Intune, MobileIron, or AirWatch. Experience with VDI technologies and virtualization (Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, VMware ESX/Horizon). Solid understanding of Microsoft Enterprise Agreements and their business impact. Experienced in architecture governance, compliance, and aligning technical solutions with organizational goals. Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects using PMI or Prince2 methodologies. Adept at stakeholder engagement, technical consulting, and translating architectural principles into actionable roadmaps, standards, and operational playbooks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly through whiteboarding, documentation, and presentations. Trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with tools like Nexthink, G Suite, Lotus Notes, and Google Workspace and docs tools is an asset. Relevant certifications: Microsoft 365 (M365) certifications, Azure certification (or actively working toward one), and TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
